In an ovenproof dish or a cast iron pan, scatter a layer of Doritos tortilla crisps.

Scatter, chopped green chillis, onions, jalapeños and cheese

Now spread tomato ketchup over it

Repeat the process again
Step 5
Grill it over moderate heat for about 10 mins.
Sprinkle over some fresh coriander

Enjoy with homemade guacamole and soured cream
