Instructions

Step 1
1. Combine the beef and rest of ingredients in a bowl. 2. Preheat fryer to 370°F. 3. Air-Fry then for 18 minutes turning halfway through. Lower Fryer temp to 340° F and place cheese on each burger. You can cook to your desired burger doneness. 4. While burgers are cooking, warm tortillas in oven or on stovetop with a little oil, just to warm them. 5. To assemble, spread sour cream, if using over tortillas, lettuce, salsa, burger, then top with guac! Fold tortilla around burger, starting with bottom and then folding the sides in. Place a little guacamole to help keep it goes together🙊. Serve and ENJOY👩🏽‍🍳💚🙌🏼
