Instructions

Step 1
Grind chicken with Knife or use Grinder
Step 2
1.Chop Cabbage finely 2.Add sea salt and firmly mix and leave for 15mins then squeeze to drain excess water.

For Gyoza Mix

Add chopped cabbage on top of minced chicken with the rest of condiments listed below

Place the flour and bread flour in a mixing bowl and combine.
Step 5
Next, in a separate container, dissolve the salt in the water and pour it into the flour mixture; mix it until it becomes shaggy, then knead it for five to seven minutes.

Wrap it in plastic and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature.
Step 7
Using a pasta roller (or a rolling pin), roll your dough into a thin sheet, starting on the thickest setting and ending on the number five or six.

Cooking Gyoza

Step 8
Place In Pan or steamer for 20mins

Then add oil to crispify the gyoza

Serving

Step 10
Serve with garnished chillies and sauce
