Step 1
Slice your peppers, onion and chicken breast

Add all ingredients to a gallon sized freezer bag
Step 3
Mix to combine ingredients
Step 4
Get all the air out of the bag and seal. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months
Step 5
When you’re ready to eat it, thaw it in the fridge over night
Step 6
Spread out on a foil lined cookie sheet
Step 7
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, flipping half way through. Be sure the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F
