For sauce

Step 1
Sweat onion and garlic in pan. Slightly toast spices, seasoning and yeast in pan with onion and garlic. Deglaze with plant based milk enough to cover onion and garlic. Simmer until tender, then blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Adjust everything to your taste. More zest add more lemon. Richer? Add more cashews. Cheese add more yeast. Thinner add more milk. And salt to your liking.

Making dish

Step 2
Cook pasta, strain and rinse. Cook brocoli in big pan with lid to gentle roast/steam. Once cooked to your liking add pasta and a dash of water to steam. Then add sauce and slowly heat and stir making sure not to stick or burn and your done. Serve with diced tomatoes and fresh parsley or basil.
