Seared Beef & Papaya Salad with Tamarind Soy Dressing

Instructions

Step 1
Season steak well. Heat lightly oiled griddle or frying pan. Sear steaks (2 min. each side); remove & rest (5 min.). When rested, thinly slice.
Step 2
Mix dressing ingredients together 1T water until sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
Arrange spinach, beef, papaya, herbs, cucumber, spring onions & chilli on platter. Pour dressing over half of salad & sprinkle with crispy onions. Serve remaining dressing on side or save for making another salad.
