Ingredients
2 servings
1 tablespoongochugaru
2 tablespoonchili oil
4green onions
1 tablespoonhoney
2 tablespoonpeanut butter
2 tablespoonsoy sauce
3 clovesgarlic
or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoonpasta water
black pepper
Ramen
Cooked
1 tspGinger
minced, or .5 tsp ginger powder
1 tspsesame oil
½ Tbsprice vinegar
1 tspsugar
¼ tspsalt
Optional garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Heat pot of water to boiling, add ramen and rinse noodles with cold water when finished, reserving some pasta water.
Step 2
Heat oil in sauce pan and pour over chopped green onion and gochugaru. Add remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Add everything except for ramen and stir
Step 4
Add cooked ramen and top with garnishes
