Step 1
(1) make your marinade in a tupperware and add your salmon. leave it to marinade while your prep the other ingredients (flip it about halfway through)

(2) prep your veggies (chop the avocado + cucumber + carrots + cilantro, boil frozen peas, etc.)
Step 3
(4) put your marinated salmon on a piece of parchment paper and throw it in the air fryer @ 375 degrees for ~25 minutes, or until cooked through
Step 4
(3) while your salmon cooks, add your rice to a sauté pan with sriracha & furikake seasoning
Step 5
(4) prep your sauce
Step 6
(4) once your salmon is done cooking, take the rice off the stove and fix up your bowl
Step 7
(5) add sauce + extra furikake seasoning on top
