Instructions

Step 1
Rehydrate beans. 5dl beans in 15dl water and 1 teaspoon salt. 12-36h. Possibility to change water 2-3 times.
Step 2
Boil beans 40-45 min with salt.
Step 3
Grate and fry carrots along with cut onions in oil or butter. Add salt, pepper and chili flakes. Until soft and rather dehydrated.
Step 4
Crush beans with hands. Make sure almost no beans are whole.
Step 5
Mix beans with 3 eggs and the fried carrot+onion mix. Add breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Create patties with hands.
Step 7
Fry patties in oil or butter or both at medium-to-high temperature until brown on both sides.
