Step 1
defrost spinach before cooking. mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk or using a mixer



Step 2
heat up the pan and add a drop of sunflower oil to it. fry the crêpes for about 30 seconds on each side – the amont of the dough for each one depends on the size of your pan, it's about 1 ladle usually



Step 3
serve with any dips and salty toppings you like
