Swedish Meatballs. If you're looking for an easy creamy swedish meatball dinner, this is delish. Using frozen meatballs over mashed potatoes or a bed of noodles makes a quick weeknight meal everyone loves.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook frozen meatballs on stove top with 1-2 Tbs of water and cover. stirring occasionally. Remove lid and let the meatballs brown. While meatballs are cooking, in separate pot boil water to Cook pasta according to directions.

Once meatballs are done , remove from skillet and cover with foil to keep warm
Step 3
Add butter and melt while scraping pan to remove any tidbits from the meatballs. Add flour and whisk until combined.
Step 4
Making a rue. Slowly add the milk and 1/2 broth. Boil. Add reminding broth. Add 1+ TBS Worcestershire, spicy brown mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper. bring back to a boil and lower heat to simmer for 5 minutes until sauce reaches desired consistency.
Step 5
Return meatballs to sauce for a few minutes to reheat serve with cooked noodles.
