cut into cubes, raw weight

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

1 tspblack pepper
1tap paprika
1 Tbsplight & dark soy sauce

15gcorn flour
you can use plain flour

1 cupmixed veg
i used carrots, corn and peas

2eggs

2egg whites

240grice
leftover cooked

1 Tbspsoy sauce
can add more if needed
1 Tbspouster sauce

1 tspsesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Mix chicken and seasonings, corn flour and soy sauce until well combined
Step 2
Cook on high heat with 1-2 tsp olive oil. 2-3 mins each side till golden and crispy
Step 3
Cook veges and eggs side by side and mix together then add the cooked rice and other ingredients. Finally add in the chicken.
