Step 1
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a stand mixer. Add the next 4. Mix until the dough starts to come together in a ball. Transfer dough to floured work Station and knead by hand for about 2 minutes. Shape into ball, place in a large greased bowl, cover with towel and let dough proof or rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until double in size.

2. When it's done rising, pour on work station and punch down and roll into 24 inch log. Cut into 24 pieces and roll each into a ball. Place on baking sheet and allow them to rise another 30 minutes.

3. Preheat fryer to 400°F.

4. Spray dough balls lightly with vegetable oil and AF 8 at a time for 4 minutes, not over crowding, turn over halfway through cooking process.

5. While holes are cooking, make the filling and chocolate glaze. To make filling, use hand mixer and beat pudding, milk, and 1/4 c. Heavy cream together for 2 minutes.
6. Chocolate glaze: place chips in a bowl. Bring cream to a boil on stovetop and pour it over the chocolate chips. Stir until melted and the glaze is smooth.

7. To fill the holes, place the custard filling in a Pastry bag with long tip. Poke a hole into the side of the donut hole with a straw and wiggle around to make room for filling. Place to into hole and slowly squeeze the custard into the center of the donut. Dip the top half of donut into glaze, powdered sugar, whatever you use, let it drip off excess. Let them sit for a few minutes abs EAT LIKE YOU NEVER HAVE BEFORE!💚
