Step 1
Start by cooking your salmon piece on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side until it is evenly cooked through. Season with salt & pepper.

While the salmon is cooking, finely chop your green onions and set aside.
Step 3
Take off the salmon piece from the pan and start shredding the salmon with a fork.
Step 4
In a big bowl, add your warm cooked rice, salmon shreds, mayo, soy sauce, gochujang and chopped green onions.
Step 5
Then, scrunch up your roasted seaweed and add into the bowl. Mix everything together.
Step 6
Mold and form your rice balls and enjoy!
