1 x 12 Box ozProtein Pasta

0.25 CupBuffalo Sauce

1 CupCottage Cheese
Low Fat

1 TbspRanch Seasoning
4Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Garlic Salt

Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine 1 Cup cottage cheese, 1/4 Cup buffalo sauce, and 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning. Blend until completely smooth. You might need to shake the blender cup between blends or add a few tablespoons of pasta water
Step 2
Boil and drain a twelve (12) ounce box of protein pasta (Barilla Protein+ brand).
Step 3
Season the chicken thighs with garlic salt and paprika. Air fry at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes or bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
Step 4
Add the sauce to the drained pasta and mix together. Do not heat up the sauce because it will break under high heat
Step 5
Top each serving of sauced pasta with one diced chicken thigh and parsley
