Instructions
Step 1
Drain garbanzo beans and reserve the liquid from the can.
Step 2
Puree garbanzo beans with 2 Tbsp of garbanzo bean liquid.
Step 3
Add lemon juice, tahini, salt, and garlic. Puree together all ingredients.
Step 4
Plate and serve with sprinkle of paprika and drizzle of olive oil.
