Step 1
1. Discard liquid from the can and thoroughly rinse chickpeas under cold running water. Set aside and allow to drain well. 2.

2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until smooth (approximately 90 seconds). Only add optional water if your food processor needs a little help to get going and achieve a smooth, creamy finish.
Step 3
3. Spoon hummus into a shallow serving dish and garnish with optional garlic oil if you prefer a more pungent garlic flavor.
