Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to fan 160.
Step 2
Mix the flour, oats and baking powder together in a bowl.
Step 3
In separate bowl, put softened butter, caster sugar and vanilla extract and beat together until creamy.
Step 4
Stir in the flour mixture and raisins and mix to a rough dough using your hands.
Step 5
Divide the mixture and roll into balls. Flatten onto baking sheet (to about 6mm thickness).
Step 6
Bake for 12-14mins.
Step 7
Leave to cool on baking sheet for few mins, before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
