Kosher salt

3 tablespoonsbutter
melted
1 tablespoondijon mustard
1 tablespoongarlic
finely minced
1 teaspoongranulated garlic
¾ cuppanko breadcrumbs
¾ cupextra sharp yellow
freshly grated
cheddar cheese
parsley
5 ½ teaspoonsgarlic powder
¼ teaspooncayenne pepper
Canola oil cooking spray
Lemon wedges
for serving
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking tray

with a wire cooking rack greased with

• Season chicken on both sides with salt

• Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard and
