Instructions
Step 1
cut the chicken into cubes
Step 2
coat the chicken in cornflour and flour in a bowl
Step 3
whisk the eggs and coat the chicken in them
Step 4
coat the chicken in the flour, salt, pepper and paprika
Step 5
heat some oil in a wok
Step 6
cook the chicken in the wok for 10 mins then put on a plate
Step 7
mix together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, brown sugar, sweet chilli sauce and honey and cook it until it thickens
Step 8
add the chicken back into the wok and cook with the sauce
