Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients except rice in a Dutch oven. Bring to boil over high heat.
Step 2
Add rice and return to boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 15 to 18 minutes.
Step 4
Remove pot from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff rice and discard ginger and lemongrass. Serve.
