Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 tbsp of butter to a pan on medium high heat. Let melt completely.
Step 2
Add 2 cups panko breadcrumbs and toast till slightly golden brown.
Step 3
Add 1 tbsp each rosemary and thyme. Toast for another 30 seconds.
Step 4
Set aside and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
In a ramekin add equal parts whole grain mustard and mayo
Step 6
Oil down aluminum foil on a baking sheet and place salmon on top
Step 7
Season salmon with salt and pepper and add Mayo-mustard combo
Step 8
Add egg white to breadcrumbs and mix. Spread evenly over the top of the fillet.
Step 9
Place in 325 degree oven for 18-25 minutes or 125 degrees. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
