Spicy chili oil udon
Spicy Udon Noodles. Chewy, bouncy udon noodles coated with a spicy and savory sauce ten topped with a fried egg. If you haven’t already, save my chili oil recipe because you’ll need it for this recipe.
I’m using udon brand noodles, it’s got a nice bounce and chewiness to it and it’s PERFECT for this dish. Also second recommendation is Sweetened Black Vinegar. I bought this bottle at H Mart and 99 Ranch Market also carries it. If you can’t get it, use black vinegar and a pinch of sugar.

Step 1
Boil noodles for about 3 minutes or according to the package you bought. In a bowl, add the chicken bouillon, soy sauce, sweet black vinegar, garlic and chili oil. Add cooked noodles and mix together. Top with green onions and a fried egg.
