Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 200°C (fan-forced).
Step 2
Spread tomato paste on half of pizza base, and pesto on the other half.
Step 3
Scatter red pepper, olives and rocket over the tomato half of the pizza.
Step 4
Scatter tomato and goats' cheese over pesto side of the pizza.
Step 5
Cover whole pizza with mozzarella cheese, as desired.
Step 6
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes. Cut into 8 slices and serve!
