Instructions
Step 1
Heat large skillet on medium-high for 1-1/2 - 2 minutes or until hot. Add 1 Tbsp oil and stir fry approximately 2 cups fresh veggies for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook for an additional 1 - 2 minutes or until crispy-tender. Remove from pan and reserve. Add beef and 1 Tbsp oil to skillet. Stir fry for 6 - 7 minutes, stirring continuously, or until the internal temperature of the beef is 165°F. Mix together 1 cup beef broth and 2 Tbsp corn starch. Set aside. Add 2 Tbsp brown sugar and 2 Tbsp soy sauce to skillet and stir well. Finally, pour in broth mixture and cook 1 - 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Toss in vegetables and serve with rice.
