Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice and set aside.
Step 2
Chop up red onion and bell peppers.
Step 3
Cook ground beef over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Once browned, add worcestershire sauce. Add chopped onion and chopped bell peppers. Add all dry ingredients and mix.
Step 5
Add both cans and the frozen peas and carrots.
Step 6
Mix, cover, and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 7
Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Add mixture in a large bowl with the cooked rice. Mix together.
Step 9
Portion out and add 1 oz of shredded cheese on top when ready to cook.
