Instructions
Potatoes
Step 1
Cook halved potatoes in salted water for 10-15min or until soft. Drain and let cool.
Halloumi
Step 2
In a small bowl or plate, add flour
Step 3
In a second bowl, beat egg
Step 4
In a third bowl, combine panko, garlic powder, dried herbs, pepper
Step 5
Bread halloumi in wheat then egg then panko
Step 6
Shallow fry halloumi in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook for 2-3min per side until golden
Salad
Step 7
Mix potatoes with sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, radishes, shallots, spinach, dill, salt, and pepper
Step 8
Top with halloumi and garnish with dill
