Juicy Turmeric Almond Satay Chicken Skewers

recently made this for some friends and they raves about it so much, I just had to share the recipe with you! These juicy almond satay chicken skewers are so yum! You can serve with any greens here to make a complete meal. Some fried cauliflower rice would be good too.

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl combine the almond butter, coconut milk, coconut aminos, ginger, turmeric, salt, pepper and chilli (if using). Add in the chicken and coat in the marinade.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Skewer the chicken onto skewers. Place each in the skillet and pour over any remaining marinade. Grill on each side for about 7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and serve.
Step 3
Place broccolini in the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with the chicken and sprouts.
