2 teaspoonsbaking powder
1 teaspoonapple pie spice
1 cupapplesauce
or diced apples
½ cuplow-fat Greek yogurt
or low-fat milk
2 tablespoonshoney
2eggs

1 tablespoonscaramel chips
or white chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Line an 8-inch-by-8-

inch (20-centimeter-by-20-centimeter) baking pan

with foil or parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine oats, protein powder, salt, baking powder and apple pie spice in a medium mixing bowl,

then add applesauce, yogurt, honey, eggs and vanilla

extract and mix well.

Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle

with caramel chips. Bake 25 to 28 minutes, or until
