Instructions

Step 1
Cut the asparagus into 3-cm pieces.
Step 2
Whisk the two eggs with 1/2 tsp soy sauce.
Step 3
Put 1 tsp of mayonnaise in a frying pan. Heat it over medium heat.
Step 4
When the mayonnaise has started to liquify, add the asparagus.
Step 5
When the asparagus is lightly browned, add the eggs.
Step 6
Spread the eggs around the pan so that it creates a circular shape.
Step 7
Mix it gently so that the eggs are not broken into small pieces.
Step 8
Divide into 4 servings.
