Honey Garlic Chicken! š„

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
In a pan on med/high heat, sear thighs on both sides until golden brown. Once cooked through (about 10-12 min), add 5 minced garlic cloves to centre of pan.
Once it has become fragrant (about 30 sec) we'll add the honey garlic sauce.
Honey Garlic Sauce:
1 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup Honey
1 Tbs chili garlic sauce (optional but it's so good)
Let this simmer for about 3-4 min so the sauce thickens. Make sure to flip chicken to coat evenly.
Serve over rice and with your favorite vegetable!
Top with extra pan sauce and toasted sesame seeds! š¤
