Ingredients

Rice
1 Tbspolive oil
8 ozvegetable broth
1 tsp Better Than Boullion and 8oz water
1 cuplong grain brown rice
dry
4 ozTomato Sauce
¼ tspgarlic powder
¼ tspsalt

Instructions
Rice and Beans
Step 1
Sauté the rice in oil until lightly browned.
Step 2
Stir in vegetable broth (or 1 tsp Better Than Boullion and 8oz water), tomato sauce, salt, and garlic powder.
Step 3
Lock lid into place and pressure cook on the "rice" setting.
Step 4
While the rice is going, drain and rinse the beans.

Step 5
Divide rice and beans evenly into containers for easy re-heating later.
Serve
Step 6
Line tortilla with 2oz spinach, add beans and rice, heat in a microwave, and enjoy.
