Instructions
Paneer Milk
Step 1
Grind 1/4 lb Paneer and 2 cups of milk to make a liquid.
Gravy
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp oil, put jeera, garlic, ginger, green chillies. Fry it for 2 mins, add onions and fry till the onion is translucent. Add chopped coriander, methi and kasoori methi. Fry it for 2 mins, add Dhania powder, Black pepper, Turmeric. Fry for another 2 mins and then add 1 cup water. Continue cooking for 2 mins. Now add the Paneer Milk and cook it for 4 mins. Now add salt to taste, garam masala and sugar. Cook it till the gravy thickens a little bit. Turn off the heat.
Fried Paneer
Step 3
Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add thecha, sesame seeds, black pepper, aamchur powder, and salt to taste. Add paneer cubes. Rotate paneer to fry it all sides
Step 4
Finally add the fried paneer to the Gravy.
