SANDWICH HACK!
You can use this hack for any hot sandwich. This is my favorite way to prepare chicken and steak sandwiches.
1 pound cubed chicken breast
1 onions sliced thin
1 cup sliced bell pepper
1 sliced jalapeño
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 packet of sazon(optional)
1 tbs olive oil
bread of choice
8-10 slices provolone (or your favorite cheese)
In a large skillet over high heat add olive oil chicken and seasoning. Sauté for about two minutes then add onion, peppers and jalapeño. Continue to cook until meat is fully cooked through. Then spread into an even layer top with your favorite sandwich toppings like tomato mayo and avocado. Top with cheese. Cut the heat put the lid on and allow the cheese to melt. Using a spatula top your bread and enjoy.
