Instructions

Step 1
Wash and blot dry okra
Step 2
Chop them into small pieces and set aside

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan
Step 4
Add mustard seeds
Step 5
Once the seeds start sputtering, add urad dal and curry leaves

Mix well and add small onions
Step 7
Mix well for 1 min
Step 8
Add okra and mix well for 2 min
Step 9
Add salt, tuneric powder and chili powder
Step 10
Mix well and cook in medium heat until okra turns golden brown
Step 11
Serve hot
