Step 1
Preheat oven to 425ºF
Step 2
Spread chicken mixture on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper into desired shape
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, until golden.
Step 4
Spread bbq sauce, mozzarella cheese, red onion, and cheddar cheese on pizza and place back into the oven, until cheese is melted, about 5 to 7 more minutes.
Step 5
Remove from oven, top with green onion, and slice. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and serve.
