Step 1
Beat the eggs

Step 2

Pour water on katsuobushi


Step 3

Drain the katsuobushi dashi and mix with egg
Step 4

Add tsuyu (soy sauce), mix and drain

Step 5

Steam for 10mins
Step 6

Add topping and steam for another 5 mins


Step 7

Finish with spring onions and sesame oil
