Step 1
Season both sides of the meat with salt and pepper. Coat each pork slice with flour, then beaten egg, then panko.
Step 2
Add oil to the pot and bring it to 350ºF over medium heat. Fry until the color turns golden brown and meat floats in the oil, about 5-7 minutes. Cut into bite size,

Lay the four slices of toast on a cutting board.
Step 4
Spread two slices with mayo—the other two slices with mustard.
Step 5
Place shredded lettuce on mayo, a fried pork cutlet. Pour Okonomi (Tonkatsu) sauce. Then put mustard toast on them.
