Instructions
Step 1
Place pork roast in crockpot, with onions. Pour Worcestershire sauce over the top.
Step 2
Cover and turn on HIGH for about 8 hours, until tender and thoroughly cooked.
Step 3
Baste periodically with Worcestershire sauce.
Step 4
Remove pork roast from pot; discard onions. Use fork to shred pork.
Step 5
In a separate dish, combine shredded pork with BBQ sauce. Serve warm on rolls, hamburger buns, or rice.
