Roasted chicken breast with maple carrots

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375° F.
Step 2
Peel your carrot and cut into thick strips. Then place in a baking dish with a teaspoon oil, salt and maple syrup. Stir together to make sure the oil and maple syrup are evenly distributed.
Step 3
Season your chicken breast with a bit of salt and then fry in a pan with some oil for 5 min on each side.
Step 4
Mix together the butter with finely chopped chives and garlic.
Step 5
Place the maple carrots and chicken into the baking dish and top the chicken with the chive butter. Bake for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
