Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a medium mixing bowl stir together pancake mix, milk, egg, cooking oil, and cinnamon. (Batter will have small lumps.)
Step 2
Sprinkle on the blueberries, chocolate pieces, or bacon. Pour into a greased 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch cookie sheet baking pan.
Step 3
Bake in the 425°F oven for about 10 minutes or until done. Cut into squares. Serve with syrup and margarine or butter, if desired. Makes 12 squares.
