For tomato sauce
0.25white onion

2cloves of garlic
olive oil
1.25 poundsground beef
1 teaspoonvégéta
1 pinchground nutmeg
2 canstomato sauce
2 teaspoonssugar

Instructions
Tomato Sauce
Step 1
Put a large sauce pan on medium heat. Put in olive oil (enough to cover pan), add onions. Add garlic once onions are translucent. Let garlic get golden brown.
Step 2
Take ground beef (use your hands to break up clumps) and put in pan. Mash up beef. Let fry a bit. Once it is is semi cooked add végéta.
Step 3
Once meat is pretty much cooked add tomato sauce. Then add sugar, nutmeg, oregano, basil. Taste and add anything else needed (salt). Let simmer on medium, when boiling uncover put on low.
For White Sauce
Step 4
Add most of the milk in a large sauce pan. Add salt and nutmeg to milk. Let simmer
Step 5
In a small cup use leftover milk (milk must be cold) and add cornstarch (add generous amount). Make sure to keep stirring, don’t let get thick.
Step 6
Once milk in pan is simmering add in cornstarch mixture. Don’t stop stirring or else it will burn. If it boils and doesn’t thicken add in more cornstarch. Take off heat once thick.
Building the Lasagna
Step 7
Get a large baking dish and layer the components in the order of sauce, pasta, cheese, ham, sauce, pasta, cheese, ham, sauce, pasta, white sauce, pasta, sauce, and cheese. Change according to size of dish. Pasta must be straight, egg, and made in Italy.
Step 8
Put in oven at 350 for 1 hour.
