Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a standard 10 cm x 20 cm or 4-inch x 8-inch loaf tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Combine the bananas, oil, almond milk, lemon zest and juice and sugar into a large bowl and mix well.
Step 3
In a separate bowl add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Whisk the dry ingredients into wet ingredients until completely combined.
Step 4
Transfer the batter to your loaf tin and place in the oven to bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing from the tin and slicing.
