Step 1
Toss meat cubes in flour, shake off excess. Switch electric frying pan on to high, heat oil, brown meat well, remove and drain on absorbent paper towel. Reduce heat to medium, fry peppers for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add mushrooms, sauté for
5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, tomato paste, pineapple juice and stock. Return meat to pan and cook for 5-10 minutes until heated through. Adjust seasoning to taste. Thicken with cornflour if necessary. Serve with rice and a tossed green salad.
