Great side dish for any meal. Add cooked meat or seafood as a variation. We use leftover rice from other meals. Add 30 minutes to prep time if you're cooking rice for this dish. Really needs to be cooled for best results.

Instructions
Step 1
1) Heat wok, add oil. Pour in egg and soy sauce and cook until just beginning to set.
Step 2
2) Add the rice and peas and stir to coat with the egg mixture. Allow to cook for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Add seasoning and sesame oil.
Step 3
3) Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle over with the green onions.
