Instructions

Step 1
Coat mold pan with unsalted butter & sugar, remove excess sugar, put in fridge

Mix 3 egg yolks with vegetable oil

Mix in 1g salt

Mix in plain yoghurt & vanilla extract

Sieve in cake flour & corn starch, mix till smooth, leave batter aside

Whisk 3 egg whites & lemon juice with hand mixer

Whisk in sugar in 3 batches till stiff peak

Mix in one scoop of meringue into batter, use folding motion
Step 9
Add in all batter into meringue
Step 10
Pour into mold till brim, shake till even, put mold on baking tray & add hot water to tray

Preheat at 220 degree for 6m, open oven door for ~15s, bake at 120 degree for ~15m
Step 12
Cool in the oven for about 10m and take out
