Instructions

Step 1
1) Preheat the oven to 350 F 2) On a baking tray spread mung bean, wheat, and barley in three rows and toast for 15 mins. You will smell the light aroma of toasted grains 3) Add theb quinoa and nuts and toast for another 5 mins 4) Let it cool down and grind to coarse powder in a grinder 5) Add Two heaping teaspoons of the powder and two tbsp of old fashioned oatmeal to 2 cups of water 6) Slow cook for 15 mins after initial boil. Add a cinnamon stick toothpick size in thickness for flavor 7) Reduce the volume to orange juice or apple sauce consistency 8) Drink it as is or add milk or vegan milk or yogurt
