Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Tip the gnocchi into a large bowl, then pour a kettle full of boiling water over it and leave to stand for 2 minutes before draining well.
Step 2
Tip the gnocchi into a roasting tin along with everything except the ricotta. Mix well. Transfer to the oven and cook for 30 minutes until the gnocchi is crisp and golden.
