Instructions
Step 1
(Optional) Soak soy beans for 12 hours. Drain and fry in cold oil on medium until crispy for about 20min.

1. 红薯粉开水5min泡软,捞出过凉,继续凉水泡30min

2. 猪绞肉中大火炒干水分出油,加料酒,加入姜蒜,豆瓣酱炒香,再加入芽菜炒香。备用。

3. In separate bowls, mix all seasoning.

5. Heat up stock (5 cups). Pour into bowls.

Boil another pot of water. Blanch baby bok choy. Boil noodles for 2min. Evenly divide into two bowls.

6. Garnish with a ladle of meat sauce and some fried soy beans.
