Step 1
1. Boil pasta according to pack instructions and then drain.
2. Half the tomatoes and finely slice the green part of the spring onions.
3. Grate the port salut cheese (easier straight out of the fridge whilst cold and firmer).
3. Mix the port salut and crème fraiche into the hot pasta to make the sauce. 4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the spring onions and tomatoes.
6. Serve with Parmesan / gran padano.
